Vedantaa Institute of Medical Sciences wishes all the women A Happy Women’s Day 2020.

To celebrate Women’s Day , Vedantaa Institute of Medical Sciences conducted a Mega screening & health camp as “Cancer Awareness Month “ for all the ASHA workers of Palghar district from 1st February 2020 to 5th March 2020.

Total 1400 ASHAs were screened for Cervical , Breast @ oral cancer by Department of Gynecology , Department of Surgery and Department of Dentistry.

The whole camp was led by Dr Pooja Nandedkar & Dr Farhin Banu , Department of Gynecology ; Dr Rahul Sontode & Dr Sushrut Chavan , Department of General Surgery & Dr Darshana Deshpande , Department of Dentistry.

All the ASHA workers from various areas of Palghar District like Vasai , Dahanu , Talasari , Jawahar , Mokhada , Wada , Vikramgad came to Vedantaa every day and took benefit of the Screening camp.

Vedantaa thanks all the ASHAs who did their screening and raise awareness about cervical , breast and oral cancers for all the tribal women of Palghar.
